“Raigeki” can be included in the Initial Deck. It has a 1024/2048 (50%) chance of being chosen as the Deck’s Magic Card. “Raigeki” can be won via random drop from the following characters, when the player scores one of the listed ratings. The chance of winning it is listed as a percentage and a probability out of 2048.
How good is Raigeki?
