Does HotSchedules have an app?
We currently have a HotSchedules app available for iOS and Android users. Our app costs $2.99 in each of the respective app stores (Apple App Store, and Google Play Store). Once you have downloaded it, you will be able to log into your personal HotSchedules account to view the posted schedules.
Why is my HotSchedules app not working?

- Access www.hotschedules.com.
- Log in with the username and password provided on the Welcome Sheet.
- You will be directed to the setup page where you will be asked to create a new username and password.
- You will also answer 3 security questions.

What happens if you release a shift on HotSchedules?
A released shift is a shift that someone is currently assigned, but they would like someone else to pick it up. If you try to pickup a released shift from a coworker and there is also a house shift that needs to be covered in the same time period, the system will pickup both for you.

How do you pick up someone’s shift on HotSchedules?
To pick up or view the details of the shift(s), simply select the shift for the day you want to pick up. This will reveal the PICKUP REQUEST modal.
