So Broly has no place in this arc. He’s on Vampa with Cheelai and Lemo. They did state however at the end of the movie that Broly, Cheelai, and Lemo will not be on Planet Vampa for long so possibly after the events of the Moro Arc, Broly may be somewhere else in the universe.
